Treas. Tony di Milo read the financial report. Incomes from Nov. 1st meeting were: Luncheon, $312, and non-eaters, $15 for a total of $327. Luncheon expenses were $312 and gratuities, $5 for a gain of $10. Other incomes were: 50/50 winnings, $22; Shirts and Caps, $100; Italo Americano Raffle Tickets, $35, and Dues, $315. Other expenses were Shirts and Caps. $803.54 and IA Raffle Tickets, $35. Balance is $3681.23. Duke Sella motioned to accept. Vinny Raso seconded it. The motion carried.

He reminded members that the $35 dues are due.

NEW BUSINESS: The treasurer announced that the annual Christmas Party for Physical and Mentally Challenged Children would be held on Dec. 20. He said that volunteers are needed and financial contributions toward the party would be appreciated.

Sec. Bill Poleri reminded members that the next meeting is Dec. 6 and it would be the last meeting of the year, since the children's party is on Dec. 20. He added that the first meeting in 2004 is on Jan. 17.

Pres. Picarella thanked Vinny Raso and his new wife, Karen, for performing at past children's parties. Raso again volunteered himself and Karen to perform at the upcoming party.

The president also thanked Sal Pacino and his wife, Kathy, for being elves and helping Santa Claus pass out the gifts. Pacino said he and his wife will gladly be Santa's little helpers.

The president and treasurer discussed purchasing a Santa Claus suit since they can get it for the same price it costs to rent one.

Sec. Poleri emphasized that party volunteers do not park in the restaurant's lot since those spaces are reserved for cars bringing the handicapped children.

Treasurer di Milo explained that fewer volunteers are needed since the restaurant personnel would be doing all the serving and bussing of the tables during the party.

OLD BUSINESS: Roger Pisarra explained that the club spent $803 on the shirts and caps and it collected $716. He explained that we didn't charge enough but the club will make up the difference when it sells everything. He estimated that the club would eventually make $50.

The 50/50 winner was Vito Giovannelli and he donated the $28 to the club.

Pres. Picarella adjourned the meeting. The next meeting will be at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 6 at the Villa Sorrento, followed by the January 17th meeting.
