Vice President Stephen Loyacano mentioned he was not there this year due to his daughter getting married at the same time as the luncheon. President Joe Picarella thought the food was not adequate.

Nick Collura motioned to table the subject of Charlie G’s to a future time. John Murgo seconded it. The motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Treasurer Tony di Milo brought up subject of low balance of treasury and asked for suggestions as to how to raise the amount. A number of suggestions were made, some members noting that the club is not one that seeks to raise large sums for charity and others agreed. No action, motion or suggestions were made, leaving the problem of the treasury still in the balance.

President Picarella adjourned the meeting at 2:00 p.m. The next meeting shall be at 11:30 on Aug. 7 at the Villa Sorrento.
